Position 1: Branch Cashier I

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Banking, or Management.
Requirement: At least 2 years of applicable experience in the banking sector.

Competencies:

Familiarity with the financial management policies and procedures of banks.
Ability to supervise and guide subordinates effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Position 2: Customer Service Officer

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.

Understanding the bank’s cash management policies and procedures.

Position 3: Branch Accountant I

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Banking, Management, or related fields.

Ability to supervise and direct subordinates effectively.

Position 5: Branch Manager I

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Banking, Management, or related fields.

Thorough knowledge of accounting, business law, and financial management.
Comprehensive understanding of the financial policies and regulations of the bank.
Ability to coordinate and lead subordinates effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
