- Evaluate IT controls effectiveness across the Bank.
- Participate in IT audit engagements to identify improvement areas.
- Perform testing and verification of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the IT team to address vulnerabilities and enhance controls.
- Stay updated on emerging IT risks and cybersecurity trends.
- Contribute to enhancing IT audit methodologies.
- Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to management.
- Conduct Penetration Testing on IT systems.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, graduation in 2023/24, and CGPA criteria.
JUNIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
- Handle physical cash transactions.
- Validate Payment Instruments.
- Initiate and verify transfers.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as required.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in specified fields, graduation in 2022/23, and age limit ≤ 25.
ASSOCIATE SALES OFFICER I
- Attend to general service-related issues.
- Carry out maintenance and installation of office equipment.
- Prepare estimates for repair works.
- Requirements: BA in Marketing Management or related fields, with 1 year of experience.
BRANCH ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR – GRADE B
- Ensure integrity of accounting records.
- Authorize transactions and validate documents.
- Retain and validate Original CD against the System.
- Requirements: BA in relevant fields with 3.5 years of banking experience.
SENIOR AUDITOR
- Assist in developing audit procedures.
- Identify auditable activities.
- Propose remedial actions for internal control shortcomings.
- Requirements: MBA/MA or BA with relevant experience.
SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
- Assist in various cash-handling duties.
