Hijra Bank, one of the recently established full-fledged banks in Ethiopia, aims to become the leading partner in ethical banking. Presently, we operate approximately 72 branches across the country, committed to providing superior service to our esteemed customers.

In order to meet our objectives, Hijra is seeking proactive, enthusiastic, socially conscious, and service-oriented individuals to join our team.

Position 1: Executive Assistant


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration, Management, or related fields.
Experience:

A minimum of four (4) years of relevant professional experience.
Location: Head Office (Addis Ababa)

Position 2: Manager, General Accounts, and Financial Reporting


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, or closely related disciplines.

Experience:

Six (6) years of experience in the finance sector, with at least two years in supervisory roles. ACCA, IFRC & IFB Certificates would be advantageous.
Duty Station: Head Office
