Position 1: ASSOCIATE BANKER
Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Banking & Insurance, or a related field, with at least 6 months of relevant banking experience. Work Location: Branches in Mekelle, Dirre Dawa, Harar, and Finfinne City.
Position 2: JUNIOR BANKER
Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field, with at least 1 year of relevant banking experience. Work Location: Branches in Mekelle, Dirre Dawa, Harar, and Finfinne City.
Position 3: BANKER
Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience. Work Location: Mekelle Branch.
Position 4: BRANCH CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER
Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant banking experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role. Work Location: Mekelle Branch.
