Position 1: Savings and Credit Officer
- Qualifications: Degree, College Diploma, or Level IV (COC mandatory) in Cooperative Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance, or Management. No experience required for BA degree holders; minimum of two years of relevant experience for Diploma and Level 4 (Experience in Microfinance Institution preferred).
- Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Branch Cashier I
- Qualifications: College Diploma in Accounting or Level IV in Accounting, with at least 2 years of related work experience (Experience in Microfinance Institution preferred).
- Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Risk and Internal Audit Head
- Qualifications: BA Degree in Accounting/Auditing, with three years of experience in microfinance, banking, insurance, or related fields.
- Responsibilities include preparing annual internal audit plans and schedules, identifying risk-prone areas, and determining audit programs, methods, and sampling techniques.

Position 4: Branch Accountant I
- Qualifications: BA Degree in Accounting, with at least 1 year of related work experience (Experience in Microfinance Institution preferred).

Position 5: Branch Manager I
- Qualifications: BA Degree/College Diploma in Economics, Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance, or equivalent. A minimum of two years of extensive experience in the relevant field (Experience in Microfinance Institution preferred).
