Oromia Insurance Company S.C, a profit-generating joint-stock firm, was established and licensed by the National Bank of Ethiopia on January 26, 2009, to engage in primary insurance activities. Currently, OIC conducts a comprehensive range of insurance coverage, including Non-life Insurance, Life Insurance, and Micro Insurance.

Job Position 1: JUNIOR HUMAN RESOURCE SERVICES OFFICER

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience: No prior work experience is necessary, but computer proficiency and HR service experience are advantageous.

Location: Head Office/Finfinne/

Job Position 2: SECRETARY

Qualifications: Bachelor Degree/ TVET Level-4 or Diploma in Secretarial Science, Office Management, or Administrative Management, or related fields.

Experience: 0/2 years of relevant experience.

Computer proficiency and HR service expertise are advantageous.
