Position 1: Lead Compliance Management
Degree Requirement: A bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
Experience: Minimum of six (6) years of proven banking expertise, including two (2) years in a supervisory role. Knowledge of Islamic Finance (IFB) is advantageous.
Required No: 1
Duty Station: Head Office (Addis Ababa)
Position 2: Senior Risk Management Officer
Education Requirement: Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
Experience: Four (4) years of relevant expertise. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.

Duty Station: Head Office (Addis Ababa)
Position 3: Senior Sharia Compliance Officer
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of six (6) years of proven banking experience, including two (2) years in a supervisory role. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.
