Position 1: Branch Manager
Qualification: BA in any Business or a related field of study
Experience: Minimum of 4 years, with at least 1 year as a Branch Manager in the financial sector or Fintech

Position 2: Account Reconciliation Officer
Qualification: BSc in IT, Computer Science, or BA Degree in Accounting and Finance or Business Management
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar or related role
Number of Openings: 2
Position 3: Sales Officer
Qualification: Diploma/BA Degree in any Business, Social Science, or other related field
Experience: Three years for Diploma/One year for BA Degree. Must be multilingual (proficient in Amharic and at least one local language)
Number of Openings: 20
Position 4: Sales Agent Officer
Qualification: Diploma/BA Degree in any Business, Social Science, or another related field
Experience: Three years for Diploma/One year for BA Degree. Must be multilingual (proficient in Amharic and at least one local language)

Position 5: Sub Branch Manager
Qualification: BA in any Business or a related field of study
Experience: Minimum of 3 years, with at least 1 year as a Sub Branch Manager/Senior CSO(SACO) in the financial sector or Fintech
Number of Openings: 3
