Position 1: Customer Service Officer-I
Duties:
Provide timely and precise information regarding the bank’s services.
Attend to clients’ inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Accurately process withdrawals and cash disbursements.
Authenticate customer signatures and identification documents to authorize transactions.
Issue bank statements, checkbooks, and debit cards to clients.
Complete all required documentation for customer transactions.
Execute foreign currency exchange transactions as per customer requests.
Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance/Management/Economics or related fields.
Experience:
1 year of practical experience in banking operations in the role of a Customer Service Officer.
