Established in 2007, Afro-European Engineers (AEE) is headquartered in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, through a collaboration between Swiss and Ethiopian partners. AEE’s primary goal has been to offer specialized structural engineering services not only in Ethiopia but also across the broader African region.

Remaining dedicated to our initial vision, AEE specializes in the design, planning, and management of heavily loaded, tall, and large-span structures for both new and retrofit civil construction projects. As one of Ethiopia’s leading structural engineering firms, we have successfully undertaken diverse projects, ranging from industrial plants and infrastructural structures to educational and health facilities, mixed-use buildings, residences, apartments, offices, and hospitality facilities. Our track record includes collaborations with both local and international architects, showcasing our ability to overcome challenges promptly and within budget. Position 1: Jr. Business Administration Officer

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field from a reputable university.

Experience: Zero to two years.

Encouraged for prospective graduates of 2015 EC or 2023 GC.

Cumulative GPA of 2.75/4.00 or higher.

Proven participation in extracurricular activities and voluntary service, including social and environmental clubs, is desirable.

Skills:

Proficient in spoken and written English.

Strong mathematical skills.

Good computer skills.

Effective interpersonal skills.

Quick learner with eagerness.

Demonstrates good professional ethics.

Effective personal management.

Skilled in inventive abilities, adept at employing office systems, and quick to adapt to emerging technologies.

Salary: Competitive and negotiable within the company’s pay scale range.

Duration: One-year contract.

Location: Bole Subcity, Addis Ababa.

Position 2: Jr. Accounting and Finance Officer (Female applicants)

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting or a related field from a reputable university.

Experience: Zero to two years.

Cumulative GPA of 2.75/4.00 or higher.

Demonstrated involvement in extracurricular activities and volunteer work, including memberships in social and environmental clubs, is highly valued.

Skills:

Proficient in spoken and written English.

Strong mathematical skills.

Good computer skills.

Effective interpersonal skills.

Quick learner with eagerness.
