In 2020, ECO was reinstated through Regulation No.214/2020 of the Oromia National Regional State. Currently, ECO is duly registered and licensed by the relevant authorities in accordance with Ethiopian law. This authorization enables ECO to provide services such as study, design, contract administration, construction supervision/management, as well as environmental and social impact assessment, both within the country and internationally.
