Job Vacancy Announcements at Awash Bank

Position 1: System Administrator II

Qualification & Experience: Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related disciplines with a minimum of four (4) years in system administration.

Responsibilities:

Oversee technical functions within each system, including upgrades and custom implementations.
Collaborate with business lines to develop and maintain tools, processes, and reliable data for effective decision-making.
Contribute to the development of system guidelines, procedures, and standards for high availability, optimal performance, and security.
Evaluate system capacity and plan for expansion.
Required Knowledge & Skills:

Strong hands-on/technical knowledge of core Microsoft technologies.
Advanced knowledge of applications such as Oracle WebLogic or IBM WebSphere Application Server.
Relevant certification in Microsoft or equivalent programs is an added advantage.

Position 2: Senior – Information Systems Auditor

Qualification & Experience: Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology & Information Systems, or a Bachelor of Arts Degree in a business-related field with a minimum of six (6) years’ experience in banking operations, including at least three (3) years in Information Systems Auditing. IT Auditing certification is mandatory.

Position 3: Principal – Digital Marketing Officer

Qualification & Experience: Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent field with a minimum of eight (8) years of marketing and research experience.
