Position: Human Resources Officer

Job Summary:

Maintain accurate employee information and updated personnel files.

Collaborate with hiring managers and General Service to prepare office space, computers, and necessary equipment for new hires.

Coordinate with supervisors to develop individual orientation programs for newly hired employees.

Provide orientation on HR policies and procedures.

Ensure completion of pension formalities for every employee, including obtaining a pension ID card.

Define specific roles for all employees and ensure they receive job descriptions.

Manage and update records of employee leave (annual, sick, maternity, parental, etc.).

Address various employee-related issues.

Fulfill additional responsibilities as directed by the immediate supervisor.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field of study.

Experience:

0 – 1 year of work experience.

Competences:

Strong personnel management skills.

Proficient in computer usage.

Capacity to thrive in high-pressure situations and adhere to demanding time constraints.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
