Position 1: Audit and Compliance Coordinator
Qualifications:
Possession of a relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, Compliance Management, or related fields.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in auditing, preferably within the NGO sector.
Desirable:
Familiarity with risk management frameworks and processes, as well as Internal Control Systems.
Skills Specific to the Post:
Effective communication in the area of expertise.
Ability to cultivate productive working relationships within the team and across the Country Office.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Position 2: CPiE Coordinator – BHA
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, Law, Political Science & International Relations, or related social science studies.
5 years of experience in the child protection sector with technical understanding of CP data management, policies, and conventions.
Desirable:
Experience working with vulnerable children, especially those outside parental care.
Expertise in designing and facilitating training on child protection, counseling, and case management.
Experience in community mobilization and outreach activities, preferably in Guji/West Guji Zone or Borena zone.
Languages Required:
Proficiency in English & Amharic.
Knowledge of the local language (Afan Oromo) is mandatory.
