The China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC), formerly known as the Foreign Aid Bureau of the Ministry of Railways, was founded in 1979 with the approval of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China. In 2003, it was integrated into the China Railway Construction Corporation (CRCC) as part of a strategic reorganization sanctioned by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. CCECC, a trailblazing Chinese company in the global market, has evolved into a substantial state-owned enterprise with a Chinese National Super Grade Qualification for railway project engineering.
