Over the past year, we have actively participated in the design and execution of diverse projects, including Five Rural Transformation Centers, Five Warehouses, University Projects, Addis Ababa Housing Project, and Mixed-Use Buildings.

Position 1: Office Engineer
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project teams to ensure efficient project execution.
Conduct project assessments and provide technical expertise.
Assist in the coordination of construction technology and management activities.
Requirements:
Educational Background: MSc/BSc in Construction Technology and Management/Civil Engineering.
Experience: Minimum four years of experience in a consulting firm.
Place of Work: Head office (Addis Ababa).
Position 2: Office Engineer
Responsibilities:
Lead project teams in the successful execution of consulting projects.
Oversee construction technology and management tasks.
Provide technical guidance to junior team members.
Requirements:
Educational Background: MSc/BSc in Construction Technology and Management/Civil Engineering.
Experience: Minimum seven years of experience in a consulting firm.
Place of Work: Head office (Addis Ababa).
Position 3: Electrical Engineer
Responsibilities:
Design electrical systems for construction projects.
Work closely with teams from different functions to guarantee the success of the project.
Provide expertise in electrical engineering for consulting projects.
Requirements:
Educational Background: BSc in Electrical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum four years of experience in a consulting company specializing in design for construction projects.
Place of Work: Head office (Addis Ababa).
Position 4: Architect
Responsibilities:
Utilize architectural and urban planning expertise for consulting projects.
Showcase a portfolio of work and contribute to project design.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure architectural excellence.
Requirements:
Educational Background: MSc/BSc in Architecture and Urban Planning.
Experience: Four years and above general work experience in a consulting firm. Submission of CV and portfolio is mandatory.
Place of Work: Head office (Addis Ababa).
Position 5: Finance & Administration Head
Responsibilities:
Oversee financial and administrative functions of the company.
Manage accounting and finance tasks.
Provide leadership in financial decision-making.
Requirements:
Educational Background: BA in Accounting and Finance.
Experience: Minimum eight years and above general experience of working in a consulting/construction company.
Place of Work: Head office (Addis Ababa).
