Position 1: Senior – Planning and Monitoring Officer

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or Economics. A Master’s in a Business-related course is an added advantage, along with a minimum of 5 (Five) years of relevant experience.

Position 2: Principal – IFB Product Development Officer

Qualification & Experience:

BA Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, plus a minimum of six (6) years in banking operations, with at least 2 years in a senior role, ideally in IFB companies.

Job Summary:

The job holder is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the IFB product development division. Their duties include product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and collaborating with various units to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are achieved. They ensure the product aligns with the company’s overall strategy and objectives.

Position 3: Branch Manager – Class IV Branch

Qualification & Experience:

BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, and Economics, plus a minimum of eight years of related banking experience, of which three years are in a supervisory position.

Position 4: Manager – Public Relations and CSR Division

Qualification & Experience:

Position 5: Manager – Branding & Promotion Division

Qualification & Experience:

Position 6: IT Project Manager

Qualification & Experience:
