Position 1: GBV Case Worker
Job Requirements:
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Hold a BSc/BA in Sociology, Psychology, Social Sciences, Behavioral Sciences, or its equivalent.
0-2 years of experience with NGOs or Community-Based Organizations (CBO).
Desirable to have 0-2 years of relevant experience in Gender-Based Violence programming, including Case Management.
Experience in conducting training and mentorship for local communities to support protection activities.
Demonstrate understanding and commitment to protection rights and issues.
Proficient in the local language and adept in English.
Travel Requirements:
Up to 50% travel throughout the region.

Position 3: Finance and Admin Officer
Job Requirements:
Hold a BA in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field, or possess an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Have a minimum of 3–5 years of financial management experience and experience in local Implementing partner financial monitoring.
Excellent computer skills, including experience with accounting software, Microsoft Word, and Excel, as well as Internet Explorer.
Knowledge of U.S. Government grants, contracting, and auditing standards relevant to effective management of multi-year funds.
Possess articulate and professional communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with staff and clients.
Ability to travel to project field sites.
Fluency in written and spoken English is required, and knowledge of Amharic and the local language is desirable.

Job Requirements:
Hold a degree in accounting, finance, or a relevant field, or possess an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Have a minimum of 3-5 years of professional work experience, with at least 2 years in a contracting position, either in the Federal Government or a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO).
Possess advanced (above intermediate) knowledge of donor (USG and non-USG) rules and regulations applicable to sponsored projects.
Demonstrate advanced understanding of contracting concepts and principles.
