Tsehay Insurance S.C. (TISc) was founded on March 28, 2012, by 105 shareholders, consisting of notable individuals and business organizations. The company is officially recognized by the National Bank of Ethiopia under proclamation No.86/1994, with license No.017/12. In order to establish public trust in its early stages, TISc initiated its operations with a subscribed capital of Birr 45 million and a paid-up capital of Birr 11,480,000. This amount significantly exceeded the minimum requirement of Birr 3 million. TISc strategically set up three branches in the city of Addis Ababa.

Experience: 2 years in the insurance industry

Qualification: LLB Degree in Law
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience

Qualification: Technical School 10+4 Diploma in an appropriate field of study
Experience: 2 years of work experience

Qualification: BA/BSc degree in HR Management, Management, MIS, or related fields
