Position 1 – Senior Communications Officer

Qualifications:

BA degree in business, journalism, marketing, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in content creation, writing, and presentation.
Strong communication skills across various stakeholders.
Industry and market understanding, including trends, competitors, and regulatory issues.
Language proficiency in Amharic, English, and other local languages is desired.


Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance the company’s reputation through internal and external communication.
Develop and present proposals for special communication projects to secure management buy-in and financial support.
Coordinate communication team workflows and assignments for effective collaboration.

Position 2 – Graphic Designer

Qualifications:

BA Degree in any field with 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with design software and technologies.
Strong creative thinking and the ability to work with various digital technologies.


Responsibilities:

Design visual assets for events, projects, and marketing collaterals aligned with company brand guidelines.
Collaborate with external agencies, printers, and colleagues as needed.
Create graphics and layouts for promotions across different mediums.
Produce motion graphics and animations for video, web, and social media platforms.

Position 3 – Senior Digital Marketing Officer

Qualifications:

Degree in business, marketing, digital, advertising, etc., with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Proficient in understanding different social media channels.
Proven experience in digital marketing and video/photo editing.
Business acumen and proficiency in Amharic, English, and other local languages.


Responsibilities:

Ensure the company website is up-to-date with relevant content.
Enhance the content and structure of your website to boost its search engine ranking.

Develop and implement digital media strategies for increased online presence.
Create engaging content, including blog posts and videos, for target audiences.
Handle queries, comments, and responses on various social media channels.
Deploy effective email campaigns for lead nurturing and customer relationship maintenance.

Position 4 – Corporate Accounting Manager

Qualifications:

BA/BSC degree in accounting and finance with a minimum of 4 years of experience.

Language proficiency in Amharic, English, and other local languages is desired.


Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and monitor monthly accounting close and Period End Closing activities.
Supervise the company’s financial strategy and client relationships.
Manage financial accounts, payrolls, budgets, cash receipts, and assets.
Adhere to correct accounting protocols to meet financial goals.

Analyze financial data and prepare reports, making recommendations to stakeholders.

Position 5 – Developer

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field with 2 years and above of experience.
Knowledge of the software development life cycle and proficiency in multiple programming languages.
Full-stack development expertise and familiarity with SAP, SQL, ERP, and Point of Sales systems.
Language proficiency in Amharic, English, and other local languages is desired.

Responsibilities:

Develop front-end and back-end components of web applications for seamless integration.
Write comprehensive unit tests and perform rigorous testing to ensure software reliability.
Direct software programming and documentation development.
Collaborate with departments on project status and technical issues.
Analyze information and recommend/install new systems or modifications.
Design and develop software systems, preparing reports on project specifications.
