The System Strengthening through Skills and Internship (SStSI) initiative aims to equip recent graduates with invaluable work experience by offering them opportunities to collaborate with seasoned senior professionals in various Federal ministries. The program includes teaching and mentoring sessions, fostering a deeper understanding of the significance and impact of public service. SStSI provides support to young graduates navigating an uncertain job market, enabling them to apply their academic training during 12-month federal internships and contribute positively to society.

The Talent Firm is actively recruiting young talent for the SStSI project, seeking individuals to join the federal workforce in support of the FDRE Information Technology Park Corporation (IT Park). Successful candidates, meeting minimum requirements and selected through a rigorous evaluation process, will engage in paid internships, contributing to the development of a diverse pool of young talent for these agencies. The SStSI Program is set to commence in January 2024.

Job Requirements:

In order to qualify for the program, prospective participants must:

Be Ethiopian citizens.

Demonstrate a passion for public service.

Only individuals who have recently graduated or are prospective graduates from the years 2022/2014 or 2023/2015E.C. from a recognized educational institution in an undergraduate program are eligible.

Exhibit superior academic achievement and must have passed the national exit exam where applicable.

Required Fields of Study:

Bachelor’s degrees in Information Technology, Computer Science, Graphic Design, Educational Technology, and Innovation are eligible.

Bachelor’s degrees in Public/Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communications, International Development, and Social Science are also accepted.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, facility management, and related fields.

Location: Addis Ababa
