Position 1: ENTRY-LEVEL CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
Primary Responsibilities
• Handles the physical transfer of funds to and from the Cash Administrator
• Validates authentic Payment Instruments against the System
• Issues and endorses Payment Instruments
• Verifies and Validates DRS incoming transfers
• Initiates DRS outgoing transfers
• Converts currency denominations and records transactions
• Performs additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or related fields with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 for graduates of 2022 & 2023 G.C.

• Exit Exam required for 2023 G.C recent graduates

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Position 3: BRANCH MANAGER – GRADE C
Primary Responsibilities
• Accountable for the overall performance of the Branch
• Engages in all operational activities as required by workload
• Ensures the Branch excels in providing customer services
• Prepares annual action plan and manages resources to meet objectives
• Ensures proper implementation of policies throughout the branch
• Submits periodic performance reports of the branch.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields with 6.5 years of experience, or BA in the same fields with 8.5 years of experience in banking, including 2 years as a customer services supervisor grade B, or 3 years as a Branch accounts administrator position Grade A

Position 4: SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
Primary Responsibilities
• Assists and takes over duties of Cash Administrator and Branch Account Administrator in their absence
• Assists Customer Service Specialists in handling bulk money deposits/withdrawals
• Initiates money transfer from/to Cash
• Handles physical transfer of funds to and from the Cash Administrator
• Collects/pays money and debit/credit the respective accounts
Verifies and reconciles physical cash in collaboration with the Cash Administrator.

BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, or related fields with 2.5 years of experience, or Diploma (Level IV) in the same fields with 4 years of experience in banking operations, including at least 1 year in a CSS position

Position 5: SENIOR RISK MANAGEMENT OFFICER
Primary Responsibilities
• Monitors and ensures the effective implementation of the comprehensive risk management program
• Conducts risk assessment and discloses risks affecting the bank

JOB REQUIREMENTS
MBA/MA/BA in Marketing and Communication, Business Administration, Management, or any other related fields with 3.5/5.5 years of experience in relevant banking fields, including at least 2 years in a related officer position.

Primary Responsibilities
• Prepares recruitment minutes based on interview panel results
• Creates vacancy advertisements and distributes to media and notice boards upon approval

Primary Responsibilities
• Ensures the integrity of books of accounts on a daily basis
• Validates that daily transaction tickets align with System output
• Authorizes transactions and signs documents referred by the CSO
• Validates Original CD against the System during settlement
JOB REQUIREMENTS
BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, and other related fields with 3.5 years of experience in banking operations, including at least 1 year in a Senior Customer Service Officer or equivalent position.

Primary Responsibilities
• Undertakes all secretarial and administrative tasks for the office

• Handles incoming and outgoing letters
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/10+3/Level 3 and above in Secretarial Science and Office Management, and any other related fields with 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry.
