Understanding of policies, procedures, and regulations of the bank.
Basic computer application skills.
Communication and interpersonal skills.

Position 3: Branch Cashier I
Education: First Degree in Accounting/Banking/Management.
Experience: 2 years of relevant banking experience.
Competency:
Proficiency in accounting and financial management principles.
Understanding of financial management policies and procedures of the bank.
Ability to coordinate and direct subordinates.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Position 4: Branch Accountant I
Education: First Degree in Accounting/Banking/Management.
Experience: 2 years of relevant banking experience.
Competency:
Proficiency in accounting and financial management principles.

Ability to coordinate and direct subordinates.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Position 5: Branch Manager I
Education: First Degree in Accounting/Banking/Management or related field.
Professional Background: Six years of banking expertise at the branch level, including four years in supervisory roles.
Competency:
Thorough knowledge of accounting, business law, and financial management.
Familiarity with the bank’s financial policies and regulations.
Ability to coordinate and direct subordinates.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
