Silver Spring Production and Promotion P.L.C is currently seeking candidates for the following positions:
Position 1: Civil Engineer
Requirements:
Skilled in tasks including site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, and securing regulatory approvals. Possesses robust communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrates expertise in utilizing design and visualization software like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent tools.
Project management and supervision skills.
Hold a BS/MA in Civil Engineering.
Responsibilities:
Oversee, conceptualize, formulate, generate, and sustain projects.
Perform on-site examinations and scrutinize data, including maps, reports, tests, drawings, and other relevant information.
Work closely with project teams to uphold design integrity and ensure high quality.
Generate comprehensive drawings, plans, and specifications utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Carry out technical and feasibility studies.
Draw up blueprints according to technical specifications.
Assess potential risks, materials, and labor costs.
Ensure the precise upkeep of project records, encompassing drawings, specifications, and correspondence related to the project.
Monitor progress of projects.
Produce reports on project status.
Comply with guidelines and regulations, including permits.
Position 2: Electrician
Requirements:
Possess a Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electricity, or other related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an electrician or in a similar role.
Knowledge and experience in building construction, security, and mechanics.
Responsible and attentive to safety procedures and legal regulations.
Knowledge and experience of appropriate building and fire safety codes.
Experienced in reading architects’ drawings to perform work effectively.
Team player with good time-management skills.
Responsibilities:
Gather, examine, set up, and upkeep appliances, machinery, and fixtures. Identify the reasons behind system and equipment malfunctions.
Advise the management team on critical systems that could be hazardous.
Use measurement tools to test the continuity of circuits.
Draft blueprints displaying the position and orientation of critical system components, wiring, and circuitry.
Connect power cables and equipment.
Responsible for the installation of wiring systems (lighting, security, fire) and equipment.
Install ground leads.
