Position 1: MEL Administrator
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, or related fields, with 3-5 years of experience.
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in data management; a Master’s degree is highly desirable.
Proficiency in computer programs related to data analysis, including Excel.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Ability to function autonomously and effectively contribute within a team environment.
Clear and concise oral and written communication skills in English, Afan Oromo, and Amharic.
Keen attention to detail.
Excellent computer skills.
Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills.
Willingness to learn with a high degree of flexibility.
Ready to travel to the field.
Position 2: Agronomy Advisor
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Plant Science, Horticulture, or related agricultural fields.
Three to five years of professional work experience, with a preference for private sector involvement (no specific coffee experience required).
Strong planning skills with the ability to deliver quality work within strict timelines.
Empathetic with good listening and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Amharic (knowledge of Afan Oromo, Sidamigna, or Gedigna is a plus).
Passion for farmers and rural development.
Willingness to be located in the field and travel to project training sites.
Position 3: Business Program Manager
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with at least eight years of experience or Master’s degree with at least five years in business, administration, economics, rural development, engineering, or a related discipline.
Three years of professional management experience, including private sector involvement.
Knowledge in areas such as coffee processing, SME development, exporting, supply chains, project or business management, finance, or engineering.
Excellent communication skills in English and Amharic (knowledge of Afan Oromo, Sidamigna, or Gedigna is advantageous).
Proficient in report writing, presentation, and numerical analysis.
Customer/client orientation and problem-solving skills.
Strong planning skills, able to work independently within agreed work plans and timelines.
Willingness to be located in the field and travel to project sites in rural areas.
