Position 1: Principal Architect
Qualifications and Experience: A Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related fields is required.
Experience: Six (6) years of relevant work experience, with at least one year as a Senior Architect or in a related role.
Responsibilities include designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of buildings and other physical structures. The candidate should possess strong communication skills to convey ideas verbally, in writing, and through technical drawings/images. Additionally, the ability to collaborate with other building professionals to achieve objectives is essential.

Position 2: Branch Banking Auditor-II
Qualifications and Experience: A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent is necessary.
Experience: Two (2) years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities involve ensuring that the overall banking operations at the bank’s branches comply with the bank’s policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations. The candidate will also be responsible for verifying the adequacy of the bank’s internal control system.
Grade: X
Work locations include district offices in Addis Ababa, Mekelle, Shire, Hawassa, Dire Dawa, Jimma, and Bahir Dar.
Position 3: Principal System Administrator
Qualifications and Experience: A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Science, Software Engineering, or related fields is required.
Professional Background: A total of six (6) years of pertinent work experience.
Responsibilities include designing, implementing, securing, and maintaining the Bank’s Enterprise Systems and Data Centre to ensure the smooth and secure functioning of the bank’s day-to-day operations.

Place of Work: Head Office
Position 4: Branch Manager III
Qualifications and Experience: A Master’s/Bachelor’s in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required.
Experience: Four (4)/six (6) years of relevant work experience, including one year as an Assistant Branch Manager or Customer Service Supervisor.
Responsibilities involve supporting the sustainable growth and profitability of the bank by cross-promoting products, marketing new offerings, acquiring and retaining customers, and implementing continuous improvement for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency in the branch.

Required Number: Three
Work Location: Jimma District Branches (Including Bore, Newland, and Limu-Genet Branches)
Role 5: Manager of Organizational Development and Change Management
Qualifications and Experience: A Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, or related fields is required.
Experience: Six/eight years of experience, with at least two years at the Principal or Senior Officer level.
Responsibilities include supporting the bank in achieving organizational efficiency by initiating and implementing structural, process, and job-related changes in line with corporate strategic goals.
Grade: XVI
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 6: Manager, System Administration
Qualifications and Experience: A Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields is required.
Experience: Six/eight years of experience, with at least two years at the Principal or Senior Officer level.
Responsibilities include supporting the smooth and secure functioning of the bank’s day-to-day operations by leading the effective design, implementation, and management of the Bank’s Enterprise Database, Systems, and Data Centre.
