Position: Accountant
Job Description
General Accounting:
Maintain the general ledger accounts and record daily transactions.
Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
Review and approve invoices as well as vendor payments.
Conclude the monthly and annual financial books.
Financial Reporting:
Analyze financial data to identify trends for informed business decisions.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
Clearly communicate financial information to management and stakeholders.
Additional Responsibilities:
Establish and uphold internal controls for financial accuracy and integrity.
Audit financial transactions and records for precision.
Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Provide support to other departments with financial-related tasks.
Stay informed about accounting software and best practices.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Proficiency in accounting software and principles.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills, Experience & Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Accounting and Finance, coupled with at least two years of practical experience.
