Role 1 – Expert in Senior-level Hardware and Network Administration


Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

Hold a second degree in Hardware Engineering, Management Information System, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Science from a recognized university, with a minimum of 3 years of related work experience in the specified position.
OR
Possess a first degree in Hardware Engineering, Management Information System, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Science from a recognized university or college, along with a minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:

Design and implement approved computer and network-based information systems.
Provide advice to management on the use and operation of information computation services.
Establish and maintain effective internal control systems for monitoring data processing facilities’ efficiency and security.
Ensure secure storage of operational, financial, human, and material databases, with timely backups.
Develop the company’s information technology strategy based on ICT advancements and implement it upon approval.
Administer local area network and internet services to facilitate fast data exchange.
Design, develop, test, and administer the company’s web page and intranet as needed.
Ensure the company’s local area network is secure and protected from external threats, viruses, spams, Trojans, etc.


Position 2 – Head, Internal Audit Service

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

Hold a second degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Business Administration, or Business Management from a recognized university, with a minimum of 5 years of related work experience, including 2 years in a Head position.
OR
Possess a first degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Business Administration, or Business Management from a recognized university or college, along with a minimum of 7 years of related work experience, including 3 years in a Head position.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and control internal audit activities.
Prepare, get approval for, and execute audit programs.
Audit the company’s books, verifying the correctness and accuracy of inventories, balance sheets, and profit and loss accounts.
Certify that reports reflect the correct state of affairs of the company.
Ensure implementation of internal audit policies approved by company management.
Devise appropriate procedures for auditing general financial arrangements.
Confirm adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies and standards.
Conduct audits of policy and compliance to standards, liaising with external auditors.


Position 3 – Finance Department Manager

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

Hold a second degree in Finance, Accounting, with a minimum of 6 years of related work experience, including 3 years in a supervisory position.
OR
Possess a first degree in Accounting & Finance, Accounting, with a minimum of 8 years of related work experience, including 4 years in a supervisory position.
Training in Accounting software application & IFRS.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, direct, and control overall financial activities.
Organize accounts, budgets, and expenditure control systems.
Establish a proper costing and financial accounting system.
Ensure compliance with finance and accounting policies and procedures.
Manage financial strategy and investment decisions.
Identify financial needs and seek sources of financing.
Oversee the development and monitoring of the annual budget.
Manage financial deficits proactively and reactively.
Authorize payments per company procedures and delegated authority.
Supervise cash and check registers, monthly reconciliations, and clearance of payables and receivables.
Ensure maintenance of books of accounts and records according to set standards and legal requirements.
Track stock control cost data and provide timely reports for operational cost analysis.
