Position: Customer Support Representative

Responsibilities:

Promptly and professionally answer and manage incoming calls from potential customers

Furnish accurate and current information to prospects regarding our services and products

Efficiently resolve customer issues and concerns

Precisely and promptly process customer orders

Maintain a positive and upbeat demeanor consistently

Identify and escalate priority issues

Follow up on customer calls as necessary

Record all call information in accordance with standard operating procedures

Adhere to company policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

Completion of high school, attainment of a diploma, or obtaining a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and perform under pressure

Preferred experience in a customer service position

Availability from 7 am to 1 pm and 1 pm to 7 pm, Monday to Friday

Fluency in multiple languages may be desirable
