Position 1: WASH Team Leader
Primary Responsibilities and Key Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil or Architecture) or in public health/WASH/environmental health from an accredited institution.
- At least 5 years of experience in NGOs, especially in WASH project management for displaced populations, returnees, and vulnerable host communities.
- Proficiency in local languages and English (spoken and written).
- Proven track record in project monitoring and management, stakeholder coordination, and strategic planning.
- Understanding of WASH with an emphasis on public health engineering.
- Ability to travel up to 60% to field locations.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in multi-sectoral projects, such as FSL, gender, and protection, in conjunction with WASH.
- Skills in basic business functions (logistics, finance).
- Capability to mentor team members and work effectively under pressure.

Position 2: Senior Grants and Partnership Officer
Primary Responsibilities and Key Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in International Development, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience, ideally within an international NGO.
- Strong background in project cycle management, contract oversight, and multi-sectoral program management (WASH, food security, and livelihoods).
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with local and national NGOs.
- Proficiency in English and Amharic with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Skills:
- Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and knowledge management.
- Flexible to travel and work in varied settings, including medium to high-risk areas.
