Position 1: Reporting & Accounting Manager

Role Overview:
As the Reporting & Accounting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining reliable accounting systems. This position involves overseeing the full scope of financial reporting processes, managing accounting records, and providing strategic insights that support the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance financial reporting processes for accurate and timely financial statements.
  • Manage the general ledger, ensuring accurate entries and timely reconciliations, and maintain strong internal controls.
  • Lead the accounting team, offering guidance and support to promote high performance.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring they meet compliance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance; a master’s degree or professional certifications (CPA, CMA, or ACCA) is an advantage.
  • Substantial experience in financial reporting, ideally in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven team leadership skills in an accounting setting.

Position 2: Tax Analyst
