Position 1: Self-Sponsored Trainee Pilot
- Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree (BSc/BA)
- Age Requirement: 18-30 years
- Height Requirement: Minimum of 1.62 meters
- Medical: Must pass a medical fitness exam
- Training Duration: 14 months, plus an additional two months

- Age Requirement: 18-28 years
- Height Requirement: Minimum of 1.60 meters
- English Proficiency: Level III
- Training Duration: 22 months
Position 3: Self-Sponsored Trainee in School of Marketing (SOM)
- Educational Requirement: High school completion with a minimum score of 250 in the Ethiopian University Entrance Exam
- Age Requirement: 18 years or older
- English Proficiency: Level III
- Training Duration: 3 months
