Position 1: Sales Division Head
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 6-8 years of sales management experience, with proven success in trading companies, preferably within the FMCG sector, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
Skills and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and regular performance evaluations.
- Build and sustain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management.
- Monitor competitors and identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct training to enhance team skills and productivity.
- Skills: Analytical, leadership, and relationship-building; CRM knowledge.
Position 2: Business Development and Marketing Research Division Head
Qualification and Experience:
- MA/MSc/BA/BSc in Marketing, Economics, Business Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 6-8 years in business development or sales, preferably in FMCG, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Skills and Responsibilities:
- Develop business growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and insights.
- Cultivate relationships with key clients and industry partners.
- Lead a team focused on market expansion and growth.
- Skills: Analytical, leadership, and CRM knowledge.
Position 3: Sourcing Division Head
Qualification and Experience:
- MA or Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6-8 years of sourcing or procurement experience, preferably in FMCG, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Skills and Responsibilities:
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure alignment with quality and cost standards.
- Implement cost-effective sourcing strategies and conduct market analyses.
- Evaluate proposals to secure best-value options for cost and quality.
Position 4: Junior Marketing Research Officer
Qualification and Experience:
- BA in Marketing, Economics, Business Management, or related field; experience in trading companies preferred, especially in FMCG.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and interpret market research data, generate reports, and present findings.
Position 5: Junior Accountant
Qualification and Experience:
- MSc/BA in Accounting and Finance or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience, preferably in FMCG.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accounts, post journal entries, update financial statements, and prepare reports.
Position 6: Senior Accountant
Qualification and Experience:
- MSc/BA in Accounting and Finance or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience, preferably in FMCG.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial reports, conduct analyses, and reconcile accounts.
Position 7: Finance Division Head
Qualification and Experience:
- MSc/BA in Accounting and Finance or related field.
- 6-8 years of experience, including 2 years in a managerial role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting functions, ensure timely reporting, and maintain compliance with regulations.
Position 8: Senior Tender Officer
Qualification and Experience:
- MBA/BA in Economics, Management, Marketing, or Procurement and Supply Management.
- 4-6 years of experience in tender participation and technical evaluation in FMCG and construction sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Identify tenders, conduct negotiations, analyze bid documents, and prepare competitive proposals.
Position 9: Procurement Officer
Qualification and Experience:
- BA in Supply and Purchase Management, Marketing, or related fields.
- 6 years of experience, preferably in the construction and FMCG sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Research suppliers, evaluate vendor contracts, and recommend cost-effective products and services.
Position 10: Export and Import Department Manager
Qualification and Experience:
- MBA/BA in Management, Economics, or Accounting.
- 10-12 years in import and export with 5 years in a managerial position, preferably in FMCG.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee import and export functions, maintain industry relationships, and ensure smooth operations.
