Position 1: Junior Contract Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle from start to completion.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address contract-related issues and disputes.
- Handle contract claims and negotiate contract terms.
- Draft, review, and amend contracts as necessary.
- Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with terms.
- Conduct market research to aid procurement efforts.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to maximize cost efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
- BSc in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in contract administration.
- Strong skills in contract administration, negotiation, and interpretation.

Position 2: Resident Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations at the project site, ensuring construction aligns with designs and specifications.
- Act as the primary representative on-site, collaborating closely with contractors and client representatives.
- Compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on project progress and quality control.
- Perform regular inspections to assess material quality and workmanship.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and use of PPE.
- Address on-site technical issues, disputes, and design or schedule modifications.
- Ensure contractors comply with contract terms, conduct final inspections, and verify project completion as per requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience.
- Proficient in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE.

Position 3: Quantity Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and prepare payment requests from contractors.
- Generate accurate quantity takeoffs and Bills of Quantity based on plans and specifications.
- Review project plans to identify material requirements and estimate costs.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure alignment on project needs.
- Maintain thorough records of cost-related documentation and correspondence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in both road and building projects.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of construction materials, processes, and methods.

Position 4: Junior Electrical Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electrical systems in collaboration with other engineering disciplines.
- Tackle challenges in integrating electrical systems within existing structures.
- Apply sustainable practices to reduce the environmental impact of electrical systems.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay current in electrical engineering.
- Prepare detailed documentation and reports for clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Solid understanding of electrical systems and design software.

Position 5: Junior Sanitary Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Utilize software like AutoCAD, Revit, and Water CAD for designing and modeling sanitary systems.
- Collaborate with architects and other engineers during the design phase.
- Adhere to local sanitary engineering codes and regulations.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive progress and sanitary reports to clients.
- Design water supply, wastewater disposal, and storm drainage systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hydraulic Engineering, Water Resources, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Knowledge of sanitation systems, water management, and basic design tools.
