Qualifications and Experience:
- BA/MA in Accounting, Economics, Management, Agribusiness, or related fields
- Minimum of 9 years’ experience with a BA or 7 years with an MA, including at least 4 years in a supervisory role. Experience in Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) or banking is an advantage.
