Position 1. Position: Nurse (ICU, NICU, and OR) – 5 Positions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care and guidance to both patients and families.
  • Conduct health assessments and ensure infection control.
  • Promote health, prevent illness, and offer holistic care throughout the healthcare continuum.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BSc Degree in Nursing with a minimum of two years’ experience in the relevant field.
  • Proficiency in using e-health systems.
  • High level of honesty, integrity, and self-motivation.
  • Patient-centered approach with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Competency in operating medical equipment and devices.

Salary: As per company scale and benefits.
Location: Addis Ababa
Employment Type: Permanent, following satisfactory completion of the probationary period.

Position 2. Position: Cashier

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer transactions promptly using cash registers.
  • Handle refunds, exchanges, and resolve customer complaints.
  • Safeguard cash and checks, prepare daily cash balances.
  • Issue official receipts for collections and deposit daily cash collections into the bank.
  • Record daily cash collections and payments, ensuring balance with cash on hand.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of using cash register machines.
  • Basic accounting skills.
  • Experience in customer management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
