We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Position 1: Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in promoting SantimPay’s products and services, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services, especially in the FinTech industry.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Interest in the FinTech industry with a willingness to learn about financial technology solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Technical Support Officer
Responsibilities:
The Technical Support Officer will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to SantimPay’s systems and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages.
- Strong understanding of computer systems and software applications.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
