Position 1: Director of Sustainability Department
Education:
- Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Climate Change & Disaster Risk Management, Environmental Engineering, Development Economics, Project Management, Macroeconomic Forecasting and Modeling, Environmental & Natural Resource Economics, Business Administration, Business Leadership, Finance, Social Studies, or a related discipline.
- Additional certification in ESG or sustainability frameworks is advantageous.
Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in sustainability or sustainability-related roles.
- Proven experience in managing projects or programs within a broad range of sustainable development issues is essential.
- Hands-on experience in implementing, monitoring, or evaluating sustainable initiatives is required.
- Expertise in research, analysis, monitoring, and reporting related to the 2030 Agenda and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is essential.
- Experience working with intergovernmental bodies and leading capacity-building initiatives is a plus.
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and leadership of cross-functional teams is required.
Competencies:
- Strong understanding of key ESG frameworks (GRI, TCFD, SASB).
- Knowledge of sustainable finance products such as green finance and ESG-linked loans.
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks like Basel III, IFRS, and the UN SDGs.
- Proficiency in analyzing sustainability data and producing ESG reports that meet international standards.
- Leadership in sustainability initiatives and effective management of cross-functional projects.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with NGOs, regulatory bodies, and investors.

Position 2: ESG Risk and Compliance Expert
Education:
- Master’s degree in Risk Management, Climate Change & Disaster Risk Management, Environmental & Natural Resources, Project Management, Environmental Engineering, Business Leadership, Economics, Social Studies, or related fields.
- Certifications in ESG compliance, risk management, or sustainability frameworks are a plus.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in risk management or compliance within financial institutions or corporate sectors.
Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of ESG principles, frameworks, and regulations, such as the UN SDGs, GRI, SASB, and TCFD.
- Expertise in identifying and mitigating ESG-related risks in banking operations.
- Comprehensive understanding of ESG regulatory frameworks, both local and international.
- Strong analytical skills in assessing ESG risks and developing data-driven reports.
- Experience in creating policies and procedures for managing ESG risks.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills for collaboration with internal teams and external entities.

Position 3: Sustainable Development Expert
Education:
- Master’s degree in Development Economics, Economics, Macroeconomic Forecasting and Modeling, Environmental & Natural Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Additional certifications in sustainability or environmental management are beneficial.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services or corporate sector.
- Proven track record in managing sustainability programs, including sustainable finance initiatives.
Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks within the financial sector.
- Experience in preparing sustainability reports adhering to international standards (GRI, SASB).
- Familiarity with environmental regulations in the financial industry.
- Expertise in sustainable finance products such as green loans and impact investments.
- Ability to lead sustainability projects that align with organizational objectives.

Position 4: Sustainable Development Officer
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Development Economics, Agricultural Economics/Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with sustainability and ESG frameworks is an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Product development experience in the banking or related industries is preferred.
Competencies:
- Solid understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability trends.
- Strong communication skills to effectively promote sustainability initiatives.
- Proven experience in sustainability-focused financial product development.

Position 5: ESG Risk and Compliance Officer
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Law, Environmental Science, Economics, Business Administration, Social Studies, or related fields.
- Professional certifications in ESG, compliance, or risk management are an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory roles within the financial sector.
Competencies:
- Proficiency in identifying and mitigating ESG risks.
- Strong understanding of international ESG standards (Basel III, GRI, UN SDGs).
- Ability to manage ESG risk frameworks, including policy development and compliance monitoring.
