Position: Plant Protection Foreman
Education: BSc in Plant Science, Agronomy, or related fields
Experience: No prior experience required
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assign and oversee pest assessors
- Collect and review assessment reports, presenting them to the plant protection head for spray decisions
- Premix all chemicals for spraying and hand them over to spray teams
- Supervise pest assessments and spray operations
- Calibrate spray equipment based on the type of chemical and spray target
- Oversee the handling, cleaning, servicing, and maintenance of spray equipment
