Position 1: Cluster Coordinator, Malaria Vaccine Introduction
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Service Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in public health programs, with a focus on immunization, maternal/child health, malaria control, and vaccine introductions.
- Proven experience in project planning and management.
- Formal training and demonstrated understanding of vaccine introductions and malaria control programs.
- Hands-on experience in designing, planning, implementing, and evaluating health interventions, policies, or strategies is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage programs at the national level.
- Strong track record of building and maintaining partnerships with government, donors, and international organizations.
- Experience working with geographically dispersed, multicultural teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team setting.
- Proficiency in English and Amharic is required.
- Willingness to travel to Woredas (approximately 60%).
The Cluster Coordinator will be based in the Regional/Zonal EPI unit and report to the Regional/Zonal RMNCH head and their immediate supervisor at PATH.

Position 2: National Project Coordinator, Malaria Vaccine Introduction

- Practical experience in leading and managing national-level programs or interventions.
- Ability to foster effective working relationships with governments, donors, and international organizations.
- Skilled in collaborating with geographically dispersed teams in a multicultural environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in English and Amharic is required.
- Willingness to travel regionally (approximately 30%).
