Position 1: Banking Center Manager (Jigjiga Banking Center)

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience, with at least two (2) years in a Branch Manager role.

Job Description:
The Banking Center Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing the operations of the branch, ensuring alignment with the Bank’s strategy and achieving the branch’s targets. This role includes managing deposit mobilization, credit processing, trade services, and other retail banking services while ensuring compliance with the Bank’s policies and NBE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure alignment with the Bank’s overall strategy and efficient branch operations.
  • Manage branch financial targets, including deposit mobilization, credit facilitation, and foreign exchange generation.
  • Expand the customer base, promote digital and internet banking solutions.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and promote innovation at the branch level.
  • Build an empowered and engaged workforce.
