Position 1: Finance Assistant
Required Education:
Completion of secondary education in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Required Experience:
No prior experience necessary; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English and Amharic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and reports.
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements.
- Conduct data entry and reconcile financial transactions.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.
- Support auditing processes and financial analysis.
- Handle confidential information with integrity.
Position 2: General Assistant
Required Education:
Completion of secondary education (college) in any field, with all student fees paid and no outstanding obligations to the government.
Required Experience:
At least one year of relevant professional experience.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English and Amharic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical tasks, including filing, scheduling, and data entry.
- Assist with the preparation, review, and management of documents for licenses, permits, visas, and immigration.
- Coordinate with team members and external agencies for submitting and tracking applications related to licenses, permits, and investments.
- Liaise with professionals and institutions on behalf of the team.
- Maintain accurate records while ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Support in processing paperwork related to legal and regulatory matters.
- Help with travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars for staff.
- Undertake additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor to facilitate smooth operations.
