- Eligibility: Graduates of 2024 with a minimum CGPA of 2.5. National Exit Exam: Pass Mark.
- Purpose: Enhance customer satisfaction by managing front-line customer service with efficiency and care. Contribute to resource mobilization by cross-selling bank products and services.
- Location: Addis Ababa and surrounding areas.
Information Technology Trainee Officer-I
- Qualifications: BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Experience: No prior experience required.
- Eligibility: Graduates of 2024 with a minimum CGPA of 2.5. National Exit Exam: Pass Mark.
- Purpose: Provide first-level technical support for core banking system applications to ensure smooth business operations.

Senior IT Security Administrator
- Qualifications: BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Experience: 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry, including 2 years in an officer position.
- Purpose: Ensure the security of the bank’s information assets and technology resources by developing and implementing security policies and procedures.
- Location: Addis Ababa.
