Position: Branch Manager I – Bui
- Oversee and manage all banking operations at the branch, ensuring compliance with the bank’s procedures, regulatory requirements, and local laws.
- Drive the branch’s sales and business development efforts while enhancing customer service and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present annual budgets, work plans, and progress reports.
- Engage with the community and business leaders to promote the bank’s services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven team-building and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage modern management techniques effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to set and achieve sales and production targets.
- Knowledge of commercial business law, industry regulations, and a customer-focused approach.
- Strong leadership and human resource management abilities.
