Position 1: Optical Solution Manager
Business Skills Requirements:
- Strong learning capability, self-management skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Native Ethiopian with fluent English.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Optical Transmission Networks (DWDM Networks) or Optical Access Networks (GPON Networks).
Professional Knowledge Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of SDH, DWDM, PON, and Routers.
- In-depth understanding of transmission and access network requirements across sectors such as government, transportation, education, banking, energy, or ISPs.
- Team-oriented and results-driven.
Position 2: Datacom Solution Manager
Business Skills Requirements:
- Strong learning ability, self-management skills, and capability to work independently.
- Native Ethiopian with fluent English.
- Extensive experience in Datacom, with over 6 years preferred.
- Team-oriented and results-driven.
Professional Knowledge Requirements:
- Comprehensive understanding of IP Technology including Switches, Routers, Wi-Fi, and Firewalls.
- In-depth knowledge of IT systems or network requirements for sectors such as government, transportation, education, banking, energy, or ISPs.
