Position 1: Regional Trade Activation Supervisor
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the FMCG sector
- Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Proficiency in local languages required
Key Competencies and Skills:
- Proven success in market share capture, brand building, customer satisfaction, and volume growth
- Experience in leading and developing teams
- Proficiency in IT and handling electronic data (Advanced skills in Word and Excel)
- Fluent in Amharic and strong command of English (both written and spoken)
Location: Mekelle, Gondar, Arbaminch, Adama
Position 2: Accountant
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in the FMCG industry
- Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, Accounting software)
Key Competencies and Skills:
- Team-oriented and self-motivated
- Thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and tax laws
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong numeracy and communication skills
- Customer-focused attitude
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Route to Consumer (RTC) Manager
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience, preferably in the FMCG sector
Key Competencies:
- Proven track record in market share capture, brand building, and volume growth
- Experience in first-line sales management within a major consumer goods company is ideal
- Strong commercial awareness and high self-motivation
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in IT and handling electronic data (Advanced skills in Word and Excel)
- Fluent in Amharic and strong command of English (both written and spoken)
