Dr. Senait Habte, a distinguished dentist with a background from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Massachusetts, USA, has returned to her hometown to provide top-tier, state-of-the-art dental care.
Position: Receptionist/Executive Assistant
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Education & Experience:
- Degree: BA in Office Management, Secretarial Science, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years
Skills:
- Proactive problem-solving with strong decision-making abilities
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Additional relevant skills are required
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements, reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents
- Answer phone calls, route calls to appropriate individuals, or take messages
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks
- File and retrieve corporate records, documents, and reports
- Conduct research and prepare documents for review by boards, committees, and executives
- Greet visitors and determine if they should meet with executives
- Read, analyze, and distribute incoming memos and submissions
- Make travel arrangements
- Perform office duties, including ordering supplies and managing a records database
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence
- Provide general administrative support
- Respond to user comments on the company’s website and social media platforms
