Position 1: Contract Admin Engineer
- Education Required: BSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Experience Required: Minimum 7 years, preferably in the construction or real estate sector
- Responsibilities: Assist the Contract Admin Division Head with schedule preparation, bid processing, payment certification, price escalation, and ensuring compliance with contract documents and drawings. Review contractor submissions and issue payment certificates.
- Salary Range: 20,001 – 30,000 ETB
- Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Senior Field Sales Consultant
- Education Required: BA in Sales and Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in real estate as a sales officer
- Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and mentor sales staff, and achieve sales targets.

Position 3: Office Engineer
- Education Required: BSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Experience Required: Minimum 5 years, preferably in real estate or construction
- Responsibilities: Administer contractor work, ensure contract compliance, inspect work sites, monitor budgets and schedules, verify payment certificates, and recommend contract amendments.
- Number of Positions: 2
- Salary Range: 10,000 – 20,000 ETB
- Location: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Site Engineer
- Education Required: BSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Experience Required: Minimum 4 years
- Responsibilities: Provide technical advice, organize and supervise construction projects, conduct site surveys, and ensure accurate technical designs and drawings.
- Salary Range: 10,000 – 20,000 ETB
- Location: Addis Ababa
Position 5: Office Engineer Head
- Education Required: BSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Experience Required: Minimum 8 years, preferably in construction and real estate
- Responsibilities: Coordinate with consultants, contractors, property owners, and utility services for assigned projects, supervise office staff, and manage administrative tasks including progress payments.
- Salary Range: 20,001 – 30,000 ETB
- Location: Addis Ababa
