Position 1: Area Sales Manager


Location: Addis Ababa
Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets in terms of primary and secondary sales, both by value and volume.
  • Lead new product launches and re-launches to establish products in the market and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute market coverage strategies to enhance revenue and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Management or Marketing.
  • Proven experience managing distributors/agents and analyzing data.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years in upcountry sales or a similar role.

Position 2: Area Sales Officer


Location: Addis Ababa
Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Segment the territory and create effective call schedules based on customer segment, volume, and location.
  • Manage customer databases effectively.

Qualifications:

  • BA Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.

Experience:

  • Two years in the FMCG industry.

Position 3: Area Sales Officer


Location: Adama
Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Segment the territory and create effective call schedules based on various factors.

Qualifications:

  • BA Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.

Experience:

  • Two years in the FMCG industry.

Position 4: Finance Business Partner (Readvertised)


Location: Addis Ababa
Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate strategic planning and budget creation.
  • Lead financial evaluations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Oversee finance and accounting functions.

Qualifications:

  • MSc in Finance and Accounting, MBA, or Part Qualified Accountant.
  • At least 7 years of experience in financial, commercial, and market roles within the FMCG sector.

Experience:

  • Experience in business performance evaluation and budgeting for multiple business units.
  • Strong communication skills and experience managing teams.

Position 5: Plant Controller (Readvertised)


Location: Addis Ababa
Responsibilities:

  • Produce monthly reports on raw and packaging materials consumption and stock movement.
  • Analyze deviations from the plan and monitor operational reports.
  • Collaborate on internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure reporting accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • MSc in Finance and Accounting, MBA, or Part Qualified Accountant.
  • 10-12 years of experience in financial, supply chain, and manufacturing roles within the FMCG sector.

Experience:

  • Experience in business performance evaluation and budgeting.
  • Knowledge of internal controls and experience working in Ethiopia.

Position 6: Trade Marketing Manager


Location: Addis Ababa
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute channel strategies and trade marketing plans.
  • Manage the trade marketing budget and improve brand presence through effective in-store planning and campaign execution.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing and Business Management or equivalent.

Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years in marketing/sales within the FMCG sector.

Position 7: ERP Manager (Readvertised)


Location: Addis Ababa
Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with IT to improve and maintain the ERP system.
  • Manage master files, user roles, data integrity, and reporting.
  • Execute maintenance and improvement projects, and test data accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • BSc degree with a minimum of 6 years of related experience.

Position 8: Organizational Methods Officer


Location: Addis Ababa
Responsibilities:

  • Drive organizational change and assess areas for improvement.
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions for process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in organizational development, human resources, business administration, engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years in process improvement and change management.

Position 9: Organizational Development Manager


Location: Addis Ababa
Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
  • Conduct organizational assessments and create action plans for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, human resources, business administration, or engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience in organizational development, change management, or related fields.

Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years in engineering process development or organizational management.
