Position 1: Receptionist
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting or a related field
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency with computer systems
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients upon their arrival at the clinic
- Manage receipt processing and other financial transactions
- Schedule and coordinate appointments to ensure efficient clinic operations
- Direct and guide patients to their assigned practitioners
Skills and Attributes:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Accurate handling of financial transactions
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Position 2: Sales Representative
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure seamless service delivery and align sales efforts with the clinic’s goals
- Represent Abay Clinic at promotional events, community activities, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and attract new business opportunities
